    Stopped use this platform, i found it most expensive and not safe place for shopping as they support scam. Also if you leave negative reviews even if you have a proof of the problem, they don't post on their review section. I have been scammed with micro sd card, after some time i found this is a fake card because couldn't fill up that space as a fictional 512gb, i sent complain, no answer from amazon, i tried to put review about it they did not publish. So my solution is DO NOT USE THEM!
    The first time I ordered, they ripped me off on promotions I never got with the product. When complaining, they said just buy the promotion item we owe you, and we will refund you. I did buy it, and they refused to refund. The second time, they did not complete the order due to THEIR problem with a MasterCard in good standing, even after re-confirming it is valid and active. Krauts just can not be trusted. They do not deserve even the one star rating I was just forced into.
    Worst shopping site ever! Three orders in a row that they dispatch my items after 17 days. Totally unprofessionals! Costumer service sucks, everytime i talk with different person and everytime no one gave me a solution. Back to amazon.uk and i prefer to pay a little more for costume taxes but they are professionals and ship maximum in 3 days.     Terrible! They accessed my account without my authorization and terminated my prime membership themselves. They told me someone from management department would call me about thus issue and prime problems within 10 minutes, at 5pm, at 6pm, ALL LIES! Don't be fooled by them! All the promises if customer support is empty and false! They keep you on the phone for more than an hour and never resolve your issues
    I feel cheated and trapped by Amazon.de. They don't honor their promises. They told me to place an order and that the shipping cost would be refunded and after i paid a total of 500 euros they told me it was a mistake by their team and no money will be refunded.
    Amazon is a very popular online shop and for a good reason. It has all of the best things that anyone could neeed. I have been shopping on amazon for years and I have never been dissapointed. You should however note that there are some fake products in the store but you can always identify them if you are keen.
    I ordered an iPhone for 930 €, on the day of delivery the parcel was delivered to someone else's name and I could not find the parcel! Amazon support staff promised to return my money, but after long waits, calls, letters, visits to the police to lawyers and attorneys, they didnt return my money! Still! Worst experience of my life
    I don't want to comment the quality of products ( most of them are made in China...) but I was very dissappointed by the position of Amazon when they are not publishing reviews in which I tell to other clients the truth about some companies(sellers on Amazon.de), like NUGKPRT which gave me, at me request about the delayed delivery of my pack, this answer: "Now we celebrate, so we have no time for you!" Where is the respect for the client? And Amazon.de, why block me on their site to reveal this kind of attitude? They delayed the delivery term and changed this in the order as I can't ask for a refund! I received today this message: Hallo, Es tut mir sehr leid, dass Sie Ihren Artikel immer noch nicht erhalten haben. Ich habe die Sendungsinformationen überprüft, das Paket wurde an den Absender zurückgeschickt. Können Sie uns Ihre andere Lieferadresse mitteilen? Wenn wir Ihr Paket erhalten und es Ihnen erneut zusenden möchten. Bei Problemen können Sie sich gerne direkt an uns wenden. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Homelava It's a joke? They are making fun of me! On my money! For them you are the only one which has to pay! After this you don't matter! You are the stupid for paying to "Homelavafans" shop from Amazon! Avoid them!

    I am so fed up with Amazon.de. I've never had any issues with Amazon.com, in all the years I've used it and trying to make my first order with its German counterpart, I am repeatedly locked out of my account, orders canceled and now charged a fee, even though I've been in constant contact with their "account specialists" to try resolving this problem. I was told it was only a verification issue, yet after verifying myself at least 8 times over the phone and email and via website, I still can't place the basic order I was trying to make. And Now they have the gall to charge me too? What kind of business is this? I live and work in Germany. I'm shipping from Germany to a German address. I've verified my payment, email, phone number, bank, etc. and now I'm charged a fee I have to go through my bank to rectify? Not because the order was canceled mind you, because they've seen this "fraudulent order go through too many times" yet they will not authorize a refund. How is that even a thing? I've tried following the conflicting guidance from their "specialists" and have been getting no where. And yet I can't talk to anyone else?
    I ordered few products for furnishing my new house when I moved to a new city. The prices and products are good but deliveries were mostly messed up. Either they arrive earlier than expected when I am not home or later when I waited at home. Should have some sort of exact timings to hand in the heavy deliveries
    This online shop used to be good but now it is just bad I mean like there are so many fake products beig sold on amazonand no one is doing anything about it. It is very frustrating and I hate it. You have to be keen all the time or you wll end up buying fake things. Always chekc the price because a huge disount has a reason behind it.
    Disaster! Scam! Avoid! They managed to take the payment from my card but failed ever since - the promissed delivery date has passed, customer service advised that it will take two more days, but again no delivery! Then they cancelled the order and said the refund will take 10 days! Disgusting! Shame, shame!
    Buyer beware - amazon.de is not safe to buy expensive items at! I ordered a 700 sony camera lens, and when the box arrived, there was a rock inside it, no lens. I contacted customer support, and they said that I needed to go to the police, and I will get a refund if I give them the police report, so I did. Months have passed, and they are refusing to give me a refund, and finally today they have decided to close the case and said they would not give me a refund or send a replacement. No reason given. I'm at a complete loss, I thought amazon was safe, but they scammed me out of 700.
    Scammers Scammers. By far the worst of all the amazons I have to deal with (. Uk,. Fr,. It,. Com). The business model is TO MAKE THE CLIENT WORK for them. Horrible experience, worst than Chinese shopping websites!
    Good service, but shipping costs are too much. They are even offering you amazon prime, in order to get a free shipping, but after you pay for prime, you see that shipping price is the same (10 eur for a flash drive). That's too much.
    This is one of the most awful incompetent branches of the amazon franchise. Two consecutive orders canceled and even the order history vanished from my account. USA customer here <<<---and it seems their MO is to cancel international orders at whim and give you a bunch of pretty lame excuses as to why. One order was cancelled claiming it was out of stock but they made sure the entire order history was deleted from my account to shackle me from leaving a review of the third party seller who was suppose to fulfill that order. On my latest order Amazon.de went even further and flagged my account claiming it was hacked, my order was reversed and also vanished as if it never happened and I went through hours of hell trying get back into my account that they locked me out of across all the amazon platforms including my main account on amazon.com. Good luck trying to get any kind of helpful customer service as there is no easy way to speak to anyone via telephone if you reside outside of Germany. You are simply treated as a common theif with no recourse and no justifiable excuse as to why. Their 3rd party sellers can misadvertise and then simply cancel orders with zero accountability since amazon.de cripples your ability to leave any feedback by erasing your order history. Amazon.de is a joke and a sad excuse for a branch of Amazon.
    I reported a fraudulent seller: RMCOMPUTER and amazon.de did not resolve the case. Amazon.de allows SCAMS to sell in the Marketplace to deceive customers.
    Very poor Service. I wait for order another week without any information about it.Do not recomend this company.
    I tried to buy a microphone +cable on amazon on December 25th, using my EU credit card. It kept saying 'revise payment method', I tried about 6 times. I called my bank, they were very confused by it and started an investigation. In the evening, I added my EU bank account and continued to try to buy the mic/cable but kept getting the same vague message to 'revise my payment method'. At the same time, my bank account kept getting very weird messages in my list of recent transactions, that I've never seen before, every time I tried to make a purchase on amazon.de. Something about my payment method having been altered (by whom?). Amazon.de support was completely useless - didn't know what was happening. Agent 2, Milica, thought this is a part of a routine check. (Right: If routine fails all of your payment methods 12 times in a row). MShe said to try the card, even though my EU bank should have been accepted. The card, of course, still kept failing. Milica refused to pass me through to her supervisor when I asked, and said he will tell me the same thing she is. I don't know what amazon.de is doing but they are completely incompetent (at best, possibly something fraudulent is going on). I don't want them having access to my data, so I will be deleting my account on amazon.de. Amazon.de is the biggest joke of an online store I've ever seen. Be VERY careful when dealing with them.
    I placed an order and it was lost. It was refunded and additionally I was offered free delivery if I reordered. Just let them know about my reorder. How nice, I thought. OK so far. I reordered and chatted with customer service. They told me to come back when I received the order. OK so far. I Received the order and chatted with the customer service again. They said that everything OK, they will refund my delivery costs. Just that he couldn't do it but had to forward the issue to their specialist department and they will notify me. OK so far. Then came the notification: "Your order is not eligible to refund shipping costs". And then some blah about how they offer free shipping only to certain countries and from a certain order value. That was like I were begging for delivery refund for a normal order. THEY OFFERED me the refund and told me over and over to come back to get the refund. I replied to the mail from the specialist department only to get the same answer. The amount of the money involved is small but to me this is like a very bad joke. I'm about to return the order just to continue with joking.
    Amazo is a very good online shop. I have bought so many things at very discounted prices. The best hing is that I am always guaranteed of delivery. I have never faced any problems while shoping on amazon. You just have to make sure that you know what you want.
    CHEATED BY AMAZON SUPPORT! I live in Switzerland and have bought over 200 items from Amazon.de in the last year alone. On 23 Sep, I added 6 items to my cart, which had mentioned free shipping above 39euros. At the payment page, free shipping option was not coming and only paid shipping was available for 26euros. So I immediately contacted amazon support via chat. A support person from India handled it. He said it was a system error and asked me to make the payment including 26euro shipping, then give him the order numbers and he will get me the 26 euros refunded. I TRUSTED him and did the same. Even after 1 week, no refund. Therefore, I contacted Amazon support over chat again today. A support person from India ("Harsh") handled it. Harsh apologized saying his colleague gave me incorrect information and I will not be refunded. You can verify all this by accessing the 2 chat transcripts. ORDER # **************318 and **************724. I would have never placed the order with 26euro shipping, if the support person had not given me incorrect information in the first place. I do not need an apology; I need the refund I was promised before I placed my order. I am reaching out here as the last resort, before I go around posting this incident in every possible forums, twitter and reach out to senior Amazon leaders in LinkedIn regarding this matter. It is not a matter of the 26euros, it is a matter of principle and the CUSTOMER CENTRIC CULTURE that Amazon stands for. I look forward to hearing from you.
